SCHEDULE

  • HB 1737, sponsored by Representative Flood, amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to give a county agency investigating a child abuse case the ability to seek a court order to compel drug and alcohol testing.
  • HB 996, sponsored by Representative Davanzo, creates the free-standing Religious Liberty in Long-Term Care Facilities Act, which directs the Department of Health to develop protocols, in conjunction with the Department of Human Services, that will allow members of the clergy to have access to long-term care facilities during a disaster emergency.
  • SB 936, sponsored by Senator Boscola, amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to mandate that the Department of Human Services compile information and prepare a report of infants born with an addiction to opioids or other illegal substances within the Commonwealth.
